Welcome to our Physician Services page. You will soon find a number of
resources here including the ability to search for specialists. In the meantime,
please Register and become part of our growing database.
The site will be free to patients and physicians. Your registration is done in a secure environment
(the same SSL encryption used for secure credit card transactions) and we do not
release or sell your name without explicit permission (see our
privacy policy for more information).
As we add specialized services that are of value and unique, we may
consider charging a small fee. While we may charge for those specialty services,
the basic website services will always be free to patients and physicians.
Registered physicians will be notified as new services and resources become
available. You will be able to utilize those resources as well as be included
in searches by other physicians and by patients.
We also invite you to participate and help us build our list of physicians.
If you are aware of a physician that you would recommend, just
drop us an email at referrals@doctorsofchoice.com and
provide the Doctor's first and last name, the city and state of their practice. It
would be beneficial if you could provide any other contact information such as the
street or mailing address, phone or an available email address for the doctor.
In response we will send an invitation (no more than once per recommendation) to the
doctor and let them know that you referred him or her. At that point, your doctor
can choose to participate and sign up with us.
We will announce here soon when we expect to open our search capabilities, so please,
check back often.
