Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can request this information by e-mailing us at info@doctorsofchoice.com with their specific contact and identification information.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at info@doctorsofchoice.com or, for mailing list inaccuracies, by re-registering with the new information for our mailing list(s).

With respect to security: and When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as personally identifying data or financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. Credit card numbers are used strictly for settling transactions with the bank, we do not store credit card numbers on our servers. If any specific identifying information is stored, a license number for example, the storage will be encrypted.
